Good to know

  • Made to order: please allow 10–14 business days for your order to be made and shipped, plus a few extra days if you add the Video Add-On.
  • Heat warning: wax can soften in hot weather, so please bring your package inside as soon as it arrives.
  • Using wax melts: break off a piece and place it in a wax warmer. Never leave a warmer unattended, and keep it away from children, pets, curtains and anything flammable.
  • Jewelry wax melts: let the wax melt fully and cool slightly before removing the jewelry, and always use a utensil, not your fingers. Not for children.
