Orders and shipping
How long will my order take?
Everything is handmade to order. Please allow 10–14 business days for your order to be made and shipped. If you add the Video Add-On, it may take a few extra days while we record your order.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. We ship with USPS Priority Mail within the US, and we also ship internationally.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our studio in Ohio.
Will my order melt?
Wax can soften in hot weather. Please bring your package inside as soon as it arrives. We can't be responsible for packages left out in the heat.
The games
How do The Scoops, The Balls and The Boxes work?
You choose a game and how many Scoops, Balls or Boxes you'd like. Each one is packed with our handmade products, such as wax melt snap bars, wax melt shapes, jewelry wax melts, soaps and seasonal items. Fragrances, colors and designs vary with our current inventory and seasonal collections. Every order contains real, physical handmade products. Each product page explains exactly what's included.
What is the Video Add-On?
Add it to your order and we'll film the opening of your order, showing each handmade item. Videos are posted on our page within about 10 business days.
What is The Bundle Grab?
A set bundle of our scented products in Small, Medium or Large. The product page lists exactly what comes in each size. Scents, colors and styles vary.
Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
Choose the monthly delivery option on any game to save 15%. A fresh order is made and shipped to you every month.
How do I skip, pause or cancel?
Tap the person icon at the top of our store, sign in with your email (we'll send you a code, no password needed), and go to Subscriptions. From there you can skip an order, pause, cancel, change your address or update your payment. Changes must be made before your next billing date.
Products and safety
How do I use wax melts?
Break off a piece and place it in a wax warmer. Never leave a warmer unattended, and keep it away from children, pets and anything flammable.
How do I get the jewelry out of a jewelry wax melt?
Let the wax melt fully and cool slightly, then lift the jewelry out with a utensil. Never use your fingers in hot wax. Jewelry wax melts are not for children.
What kind of wax do you use?
Our wax melts and candles are handmade with soy wax.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every item is handmade to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges. See our refund policy for details.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
